About the Session

The EU’s General Product Safety Regulation came into force on the 13th of December last year and it has far-reaching implications for multiple actors within a product’s supply chain. With few product exceptions, the regulation aims to regulate the safety of goods not covered by existing EU standards and CE marking, as well as some that are already regulated but not when supplied via online marketplaces or distance sales.…
