Apply for your digital carnet on our online platform and be a part of our pilot scheme by using, both the paper carnet and the digital carnet in conjunction with one another, not only will you play a part in the worldwide pilot, you will be ready to go once the system becomes live.

ATA Carnets are known as your passport for goods enabling traders to export/import goods on temporary basis simplifying customs formalities by using one single document with customs authorities in countries who are part of the ATA Carnet System (80 countries).

The ATA Carnet is an international customs document that permits duty-free and tax-free temporary import of goods for up to one year!.
​
As the UK exit the EU, traders may now need ATA Carnets when travelling to the EU with goods they intend to bring back to the UK.

Exhibitors, salespeople, artists, musicians, athletes, TV crews, technicians, event participants, freelancers, and business travellers to mention but a few!

WHAT GOODS CAN BE COVERED BY AN ATA CARNET?
ATA Carnets cover almost everything. The list includes: ​

Commercial samples and personal effects and goods for sports purposes (including race vehicles).
