An opportunity to meet representatives from Charleston, South Carolina, in the UK March 23rd-27th 2026

Led by CEO David T Ginn, a small team from Charleston Regional Development Alliance (www.crda.org) is heading to the UK next month, to meet companies looking to expand in the US.

CRDA helps businesses and entrepreneurs locate and expand in the greater Charleston area. As a confidential, objective resource, CRDA can help with talent identification, buildings and sites, financing, providing connectivity to supply chain resources, and workforce training needs.

If you’re thinking about possible future short- or longer-term physical expansion in North America, this is an opportunity to learn whether the Charleston SC region could be a good fit for you, and the assistance that CRDA can provide. The Charleston team would be glad to meet at your offices or in central London. They will also be available to meet at the BCC Going Global event in London on 26th March.

The Charleston region has an extremely well established industrial sector, with recognised strengths in Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Automotive, Aerospace and Medtech. It is home to the Medical University of South Carolina, and boasts the deepest port on the eastern seaboard, for companies looking to export goods or equipment to the US. It offers notable cost advantages over other US locations, has a large tech talent pool fed by a variety of high-ranking local colleges and universities, and is known for its quality of life and low staff churn rate.
