Guidance on Pre-Signed UK EUR1 Forms

Updated: 1 day ago

When customers require for their UK EUR1 Certificate to be manually signed, we use pre-signed EUR1 forms. This means we have the pre-signed forms ready on file, so when the applications are made, we can print directly onto them.

Important – How to Pre-Sign Correctly

To avoid confusion or delays please remember:

·       You only need to sign in three designated places on the form – the bottom right of page 1 (Box 12), the bottom right of page 3 (Box 12) and on page 4 where prompted for a signature.

·       Do not complete any other sections of this document

·       All other details will be filled in at the time of application

To ensure this is clear, we have added photos below showing exactly where you need to sign.

Please note if this is not completed correctly you will be asked to resend another form.

When sending in the signed document please include a short cover letter or note confirming:

·       Who has signed the form

·       The company you are from

Without this information, if we do not recognise the signature, there is no way of identifying the sender, which can delay processing.

Following these steps helps us keep the process smooth and ensures EUR1 applications are handled without unnecessary delays.
