InBuyer 2026 - Italian Chamber of Commerce

The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK is delighted to present "InBuyer 2026", the free online B2B matchmaking programme promoted by Promos Italia.

InBuyer connects international buyers, importers, distributors, and trade operators with a carefully curated selection of verified Italian SMEs across a wide range of product sectors. All meetings take place online via a dedicated platform; no travel required, no registration fee.

THE 2026 PROGRAMME

InBuyer 2026 offers a full calendar of sector-specific events throughout the year:

• 10–11 June          Construction, Home & Contract

• 23–25 June         Wine & Spirits (Session 1)

• 7–9 July              Food (Fresh & Frozen)

• 22–24 September  Food (Bio & Vegan)

• 7–8 October         Fashion & Accessories (Woman)

• 21–22 October      Furniture (Session 2)

• 28–29 October      Packaging

• 10–12 November   Wine & Spirits (Session 2 — Bio)

If you are a UK operator interested in participating in one or more events, you will be able to:

• Browse detailed company profiles and product catalogues, including technical specifications, certifications, and references

• Schedule one-on-one video meetings of 30 minutes each, across the event days, with sessions running 9:00–13:00 and 13:30–19:00

• Request documentation and exchange business cards via the integrated chat function

• Identify Italian suppliers who precisely match your sourcing needs and business requirements

Participation is entirely free of charge. 

HOW IT WORKS

1. Register at https://inbuyer.promositalia.com and complete your company profile in English

2. Select the event(s) you wish to attend

3. Our team will review and confirm your participation within a few business days

4. Five to six days before each event, the agenda opens: browse Italian company profiles and book your preferred meeting slots

5. Join your confirmed meetings via the integrated video call platform, no additional software required

6. After each event, you will retain full access to all contacts and business cards exchanged through the platform
