Trade Deals: Countries accepting UK EUR1’s & EUR-MED’s.

Businesses can trade under agreements with the following countries, some of these agreements are subject to provisional application. This means the effects of the agreement are applied before the agreement has formally entered into force.  

The attached link has a list of countries that The Chamber can currently issue UK EUR1’s for:

If you cannot see the country you want to issue the Eur1 for please check the Gov.UK website. 

UK trade agreements in effect - GOV.UK   

If the country is not on either list, then the Chamber will not be able to issue the UK EUR. 

If the agreement states that origin is claimed by self-certification such as EU-UK or the Türkiye agreement then you will need to use an invoice declaration Get proof of origin for your goods - GOV.UK, you will need to ensure that your goods qualify for preference according to the rules of origin for your goods for that agreement.
