We are pleased to announce that the Chamber, through its approved suppliers Columdae, is offering a ‘Fair Scouting Service’ where members and customers of the Chamber can meet new potential customers and international distributors with a personalised specific buyer agenda agreed ahead of attending a fair and/or trade show.


This service has been designed with SMEs in mind. So, if you are planning to attend as a delegate and/or exhibitor any upcoming trade shows, this service can help realise the best value and return on your investment by securing meetings with buyers. The service includes:


  • Free and dedicated Pre-Analysis on most promising markets

  • Implementation of Export Fair Project: 90 working days of Project implementation with direct meetings at the “physical” fair (Buyers Agenda / Partners Agenda) as well as follow-up or online pre-meetings (before the fair)

  • Long List + Short List. 50% Fixed Fee + 50% Success Fee (structured by number of meetings held during the fair)
