When applying for export documentation through us here at The Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce on our ECert platform, businesses often wonder whether to choose express or standard processing, Selecting the right option can save time, reduce costs and ensure documents meet your customers’ requirements.
Express Applications
Express processing is designed for speed and convenience, once we approve your application your certificate is stamped electronically and ready for you to download and print in your own office on plain paper.
Key Advantages:
· Faster Turnaround
· Lower Cost
· Convenient
· Ideal when your customer is happy to accept electronically certified documents
Standard Applications
Standard processing is the traditional method, after approval here at the Chamber we print and add our wet stamp and sign the document before sending them to you by post or having them ready for collection.
Choose Standard when:
· Your customer requires an original wet stamp and signature
· The destination country has strict certification rules
· You want a fully prepared, official hard copy
All though our standard process takes longer due to printing and posting, it remains essential for countries and clients that do not accept electronic certification.
